THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Build the system behind a lasting legacy

In many family businesses, critical forms of capital remain concentrated in the founder. Succession is therefore about more than choosing a successor: it requires governance systems, clearly defined roles and the capabilities to help the business thrive across generations.
